Intercoms & Access Controls
We design and install Intercom and Access controls to suit many requirements. Our systems can be standalone or integrated with CCTV, our customised App control and automated gates & automated doors. Access can be via proximity token, PIN code, biometric (facial & fingerprint scan), remote control, intercom panel and App control.
Our intercom range allows a call from a visitor at your gates or door, to be taken on a wall mounted touchscreen panel and/or your mobile phone/tablet. It will work when you are away from home with your smart phone, so you don’t miss a delivery or caller.
Our intercom units are wired, so no need to rely on a SIM card and mobile phone network. Calls are free because it is all App based (internet) communication.

Product & GDPR standards
We dominantly use Hikvision products which are CE tested and marked. Hikvision are certified to ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019 and CSA Star V4. When we install an intercom system, we can work with you to design and commission it to conform to your GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements, covering privacy screening, storage of footage and signage as required. Normally a data controller, or responsible person will be appointed to oversee the operation and maintenance of the system and deal with GDPR requirements.
Maintenance and Longevity
Our Intercom and Access systems are designed to provide many years of trouble-free service. We use wired units to ensure the best reliability and up-time, wherever possible.
We provide maintenance regimes to clean, check the function and night view of intercom cameras, and keep firmware and Apps up to date as necessary. Normally one visit per year for residential installations is recommended.
Being a modular style of system, components are upgradeable and replaceable should this be necessary, further extending a systems lifespan.
