We design and install CCTV systems to suit many requirements. All our systems are high definition or ultra-high definition, starting at 1080p through 4k UHD and even 8k UHD. They can be used for surveillance and/or monitoring for care purposes. All images are recorded locally on HDD storage.
Coverage can be indoors and/or outdoors, and there are lots of options to choose from, such as:
- Cameras with built in microphones to provide sound
- Cameras with bult in microphones and speakers to provide two-way communication (via app)
- Cameras that provide low level illumination at night to maintain full colour images in the dark
- Linkage of intercom stations to include as full-time cameras (allowing recording of your gate/door intercom with sound)
- Ability to monitor live images (and play back) from the CCTV system via app (from anywhere there is a Wi-Fi or 4G data connection)
- UPS (uninterruptable power supply) versions for high security or high importance monitoring
Integration options extend further, if required, to provide:
- Facial recognition (access control & opening doors)
- Audible & visual alarms (security)
- Line crossing and scene change detection
- Interface with custom App system to provide live images along with gate or door control

Product & GDPR standards
We dominantly use Hikvision products which are CE tested and marked. Hikvision are certified to ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019 and CSA Star V4. When we install a CCTV system, we can work with you to design and commission it to conform to your GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements, covering privacy screening, storage of footage and signage as required. Normally a data controller, or responsible person will be appointed to oversee the operation and maintenance of the system and deal with GDPR requirements.
Maintenance and Longevity
Our CCTV systems are designed to provide many years of trouble-free service. We use commercial grade equipment, including the hard disc drives, to ensure the best reliability and up-time.
We provide maintenance regimes to clean, check the function and night view of cameras, test for HDD errors and keep firmware and Apps up to date as necessary. Normally one visit per year for residential installations is recommended.
Being a modular style of system, components are upgradeable and replaceable should this be necessary, further extending a systems lifespan.
